How do I get an online account when I’m already a member?

On the login page, click on the “Already a Member, but don't have a Login” button. You will then need your member number which is located on the front of your Topgolf playing card. You will also need to provide the email address or phone number which is associated with the member number to validate that this is your account.

How do I access my account if I forget my password?

On the login page, click on the “Forgot Password” button. You will then need to provide the email address associated with your online account. You will receive an email with a temporary password shortly after submission. Log in as you normally would, but use your temporary password. Please note that you must have already created an online account at http://myaccount.topgolf.com in order to reset your password.

Can I purchase a membership for someone else?

You currently cannot purchase a membership for someone else online. However, that doesn’t mean that you can’t give Topgolf as a gift. Just purchase a Topgolf gift card at one of our locations or online at http://topgolf.com/giftcards. Please note that gift cards cannot be used toward payment for parties, events, Platinum Memberships, online reservations or on shop.topgolf.com

How do I contact support?

You can contact support by clicking on the “Email Support” link at the bottom of each page and submitting an email request. Email requests will receive a response within 24 hours.

Where can I find all my membership details including playing card balance?

Log in to your account and click on “My Account” in the top navigation bar. You will then be able to see your member number, membership type, membership length, and account balance.

Can I change my account profile information?

Yes. Log in to your account and click on “My Account” in the top navigation bar. Next, click on “Edit Profile” and modify your profile information accordingly. Please make sure to click “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page when you are finished.

Can I opt in or out of marketing emails and texts from my account?

Log in to your account and click on “My Account” in the top navigation bar. Next, click on “Edit Profile.” To receive marketing messages, make sure the boxes for “By Email” and/or “By Text” are checked next to the field “Receive Special Offers from Topgolf.” To stop receiving these messages, make sure the boxes are unchecked. Please make sure to click “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page when you are finished.

If you already have the boxes checked and are not receiving messages, please uncheck each box and click “Save Changes.” Then, go back into your profile, check each box again and then click “Save Changes.”

Can I upgrade my membership online?

You may upgrade your membership online as long as there is a membership level above your current membership. To upgrade your membership, log in to your account and click on “My Account” in the top navigation bar. Next, click on “Change/Upgrade Membership” and select your new membership. Please note that you will be charged the full amount for the new membership and will not receive any credit towards your purchase from your current membership.

Can I cancel or downgrade my membership online?

You cannot cancel or downgrade your membership online. Please contact us at 866-867-4653 and select the menu option for the Topgolf facility nearest you. Select the site where your membership was purchased and then choose the option for memberships. A representative from our membership team will then be able to provide details on your available options.

Can I reload my playing card with additional value?

You can reload your playing card at any time. Log in to your account and click on “Reload Card” in the top navigation bar. You may then enter an amount between $5 - $500.

How do I view and share my game scores?

Log in to your account and click on “View Game History” in the top navigation bar. You may then select any game to view by clicking on its date. If you’ve already selected a game, you can send the score(s) to up to 6 email addresses by clicking on “Email Summary” or via social media by hovering over the “Share Score” button and then selecting the network of your choice.

Can I make a reservation?

You can reserve your very own bay online for select Topgolf venues. This new, simplified process allows you to play when you want, with whomever you want. Bays will of course still be available for walk-in Guests, and we're always happy to help you book an event for groups larger than 6 players.
